At Buddy Baby, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return it by following the steps detailed in this return policy. Below, we explain how you can return products, the applicable terms and conditions.

1. Conditions for making a return

To qualify for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with its original packaging intact (if applicable).

  • Hygienic products (such as pacifiers, bottles, diapers, etc.) can only be returned if they have not been opened or used.

  • The maximum return request period is 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.

2. Defective or damaged products

  • Si al recibir tu pedido encuentras que un producto está defectuoso o dañado, por favor, notifícalo a nuestro equipo de atención al cliente inmediatamente. Te pediremos una foto del daño o defecto para procesar la devolución o el cambio de manera rápida.

  • En estos casos, Buddy Baby cubrirá los gastos de devolución, y te ofreceremos la opción de un reembolso completo o un cambio por otro producto.

3. Return process

If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

Return Notification: Send us an email to returns@buddybabyworld.com indicating your order number and the products you wish to return. If you prefer, you can also contact us through our contact form on the website. Return Form

Return Confirmation: Once we receive your request, our team will send you instructions on how to proceed with the return of the product.

Package Preparation: Make sure to pack the product securely, using the original packaging (if possible) to prevent damage during transit.

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or the error was ours. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the package arrives safely.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the corresponding refund within 14 calendar days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

If you have returned an entire order, the full amount, including standard shipping costs, will be refunded. If you only return part of the order, you will be refunded only for the returned products.

5. Non-returnable products

We do not accept returns on the following products:

  • Hygiene products (pacifiers, bottles, etc.) once opened.

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Items that, due to their nature, cannot be returned (underwear, diapers, etc.) if they have been unsealed or used.

6. Product changes

Instead of a return, you can also opt for a product exchange (if the item is available in a different color, size, or style). The procedure is the same as for a return, but in this case, you must inform us that you would like an exchange instead of a refund.
